PTO Member Benefits
When you join the PTO, your tax-deductible donation goes to funding grants, programs, and experiences for the Harvard Public School students and community. In addition, you get some member perks depending on your membership level.
Annual School Directory
The PTO works with the schools to create an annual directory of students and their families. This directory is only available to PTO members, though it includes all families who opt in. Available to all members.
Bi-Weekly Newsflash
The newsflash is your (sometimes unhinged) source to what’s happening in the school community and beyond. It’s an email you’ll look forward to getting in your inbox.

PTO Merch + Tickets
Each year we have PTO merchandise as a member benefit to our Gold and Platinum members - think cozy sweatshirt blankets, cooler bags, and hats that your kids will immediately steal. Platinum members also receive two complimentary tickets to an annual PTO event.

Members who joined before this year and have an auto-renew membership only need to fill out the form.
For your convenience, memberships are set to auto-renew, but you can update your personal membership settings directly in PayPal. All members can manage their membership donations at any time by logging into PayPal. If you need help, contact us at info@harvardpto.org.

Membership Requirements & Privacy
To be eligible to become a PTO member one must be a parent or guardian of a student enrolled in the current school year or be a currently employed HPS staff member. As a matter of privacy, only members who meet these requirements will be eligible to receive a PTO Student Directory which is provided for the sole purpose of information sharing and community building among the families and staff of the Harvard School system. Other interested community members are welcome and encouraged to please donate to help support PTO programs. Thank you for your support.
